The mind-body connection
Most doctors don't even consider it! The potential strength within the patient! Each one of us has the ability to enhance and strengthen our physical well being. It starts with whether or not we love our self. How much we love ourselves determines whether we eat right, get enough sleep, smoke, wear seat belts, exercise or drink too much. These decisions control about ninety percent of our physical well being. Developing positive emotions allows the body to respond in a positive way. Imagery is a good place to start. Begin each day by thinking through positive images of your day. Visualize positive experiences and kind reactions to the people you experience. The result is less stress and more health! TJS
