It's true...hardiness research has established that people who see the good in life get sick less, enjoy life more and seldom become depressed. Much too often people become 'bound' by their work world or personal relationships. Instead, keep a realistic positive mood log. Include sincere affirmations of what you do best; then affirm others. Write down GOOD STUFF; then review it at the end of each week. Thank people, offer compliments, enjoy the day as it presents itself. The rain, wind and snow are all gifts. Above all have the joy of a child......children have a natural gift of laughter and smiling. Kids see good where others see struggle. Hardiness research indicates that those who see the positive first tend to have a better life! TJS
