Self and Identity
Clients often ask me how they can 'know themselves.' It is not difficult. Slow down, listen to your life, write down your feelings, keep a log of your moods and listen to the sincere people in your life. Life isn't as complex as we would like to think. I believe in walking. Treking the trails of Banff is a wonderful way to explore self. The Plains of Six Glaciers is a difficult and beautiful hike. People pass and greet. Sweat rolls off the brow and when you get there and sit at the foot of glaciers you realize the simplicity and brevity of life. Love where you are and understand where you are going. Peace. TJS.
