When you cry
I worked with a client today who said that her tears came at the most unusual times. Cooking dinner, walking the dog or pulling weeds. Times when her guard was down and the physical doing met the emotional being. We located an early recollection when she was eight. She could never do anything good enough to please her father. He was distracted, busy, disengaged. She tried and tried but it never worked. He died when she was in her thirties and she was never able to tell him that she wanted him to hold her when she was young. Place her on his knee and tell her a story. So she finds her tears when she is busy and the memories stumble through her consciousness. In finding them she is healing. In pulling weeds she is removing the pain. Listening to life is often when the miracles occur. TJS
