Mindfulness Practice: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

We have had a wonderful year of training together in Mindfulness Practice for better living!  We will have a practice April 19 at 3 p.m.  and one on May 24th at 3 p.m.  These will be the last two practices until September.  Please plan to attend and develop your practice!  Without regular group practice Mindfulness is difficult to maintain.  Minimum donation is 30$.  I look forward to seeing you there.  Peace.
