1 Minute Mindfulness Deep Breathing Exercise for Stress and Anxiety

  1. Great post .thanks for your suggestion .I suffered from stress/anxiety, and had to go on short-term disability from my job for 6 weeks. You absolutely can feel all those things from stress.

Eating right and exercising has a bigger impact than you would think. Try to make the time for yourself, or you won't have any of yourself to give to your kids or your work anymore. See if you can have a doctor approve you for short-term disability, if it's offered through your job. Some time to yourself might be what you need to get yourself back in a more positive frame of mind. Also talk to your doctor about stress medication. if it's this bad, you may need something to help you with your situation.

I attend a counseling central that focuses on holistic healing, overall body wellness (good diet/exercise/mental health), they offer counceling (which you may want to check into, either medical or spiritual),
So to sum up, try and eat healthy and exercise, even if it's just a few chunks of minutes a day.see a chiropractor (if possible), and perhaps seek counceling or medication, or both, to help with your stress management.

Best of luck to you these solutions have made a huge impact in my life and I hope they have one in yours. You can visit one of the sites that really help you out to get rid of your problems .visit:-http://www.counsellingcentral.com/
