:Mindfulness Regina on Facebook

We are building an exciting community of people interested in practicing mindfulness based stress reduction.  We currently meet on the third Sunday of each month from 3-5 at 3018 Doan Drive Regina, Sk.  We practice  evidence based breathing traditions and mindfulness based relaxation.  These practices are proven to aid in physical and psychological healing.  Please feel free to join our community.  We are built on a donation basis; each two hour session has a suggested minimum donation of thirty dollars.  We hope to see you there!
