Choosing your thoughts is one of the most powerful ways to respond to anxiety, self-doubt and depression. Thoughout the day make it a practice to choose a sincere positive thought. Simply stop and choose something you are thankful for, aware of or feeling. The sky is a wonderful blue, I enjoyed my lunch, my dog is beautiful when she runs or I am glad I was able to hug someone.
Drawing attention to goodness trains our brains to 'wire in' the positive in our lives. So start choosing your thoughts instead of responding to them! Peace Dr.T
