Thich Nhat Hanh

There is no better way to start the day than with meditation. Meditation allows you to centre yourself and connect with all the inner resources you have. It is not complex. When I am tired or lacking focus I start my day with an online meditation. One that I utilize often is by Thich Nhat Hanh. You can find it through google by either using his name or going to the website Beliefnet. Hanh has two meditations one for breath work and one called calm waters. Both are great ways to begin your day. Whether at work or play open your laptop or find a computer and take a moment to connect.
